SABB recruits banking executives who have at least 3 years of relevant managerial experience in a field of interest to the bank.

Executive vacancies are rarely posted or advertised. Candidates are directly

head-hunted, or sourced through direct applications to the Head of Recruitment.

Minimum Criteria to apply as an executive is as follows:

1. 3 years of managerial experience as a minimum.
2. Experience must be in a leadership role.
3. Relevant experience in one of the following areas:
